Chad was a great asset during this whole process. He always had my best interest in mind and making sure that I was taken care of during all aspects of the purchase. I will definitely work with him again and I would recommend him as a realtor without reservation. He was kind, responsive, efficient, and never put any pressure on me. That’s the service we got from Xennia and her son Bernie. Why so special? Because they went up and beyond to help us finding and closing our house. We worked with a national lender and there were hic-ups when it came to find an appraiser and there were some comms issues between the lender and the title company. This is where they stepped up and worked their phone 24/7 to fill that gap. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are right now. Seriously. Highly recommend these wonderful and trustworthy people. She works very hard at her job and does it extremely well. She takes into consideration what the home buyer or in my case, seller, wants and does her very best to provide just that. The process of listing and selling our property turned out to be a fairly complicated and involved process. We experienced multiple setbacks due to the current housing market, buyers financing falling through, and multiple extensions and unprecidented negotiations with a prospective buyers realestate agent. Additionally, we were out of state working on the purchase of our new home and did most of the constant paperwork and signatures electronically. Through the whole process, Kari was in constant communication with us, updating us and even making sure the buyers agent was doing what they were supposed to do. I know that Kari was instrumental in making the process run as smooth as possible from our perspective, though I'm sure it was chaotic on her side dealing with the brokers and the other agent, getting the deal to go through. She was on top of all the time frames and even worked with our out of state agent that we were buying with. So many moving parts, and Kari definitely earned our trust and gave us a reason to provide this feedback.
