We were from out of town while also having very specific criteria for our dream house. Patrick chased all over town with his video phone to give us a solid understanding of homes that were available for very short periods since the market was hot. He really understood what was important to us and didn’t push us to settle for less. In fact, he would periodically begin video visits by telling us straight out that this wasn’t the right house for us. His relationships with other realtors in the region are strong — an important benefit when you are trying to get your offer to break through among many others. Living out of state while house hunting in this crazy seller's market was hard, but Kim made it a little easier. When we were in town, she played tour guide as she drove us from house to house. When we weren't in town but saw a house we were interested in, Kim did video calls to walk us through the houses virtually. She was knowledgeable about structural issues to watch out for and understood what we were looking for in a home. An added bonus, I feel like we gained a friend, and even after closing she's provided answers about thing unrelated to our home purchase.

James & team represent the best real estate team we’ve ever worked with. Buying a new home, from another state, James helped us identify an opportunity before anyone else knew a lot became available. During the build, he kept in regular contact & acted as an intermediary with the builder when we had questions. Finally, at closing, when we noticed an error on the paperwork amounting to thousands of dollars, James was there. He asked for the Escrow Officer & helped get the problem corrected later in the same day. Not sure what we would have done had he not been there.
